New M&A Analyst

BOSTON, MA. – In announcing the new addition to his team, Dave Sterrett, Esq. remarks “Arjun Krishna Chopra of Brown University brings a wealth of experience with both litigation and transactional law.” Chopra serves as the Chairman of Brown University’s Undergraduate Finance Board where he manages an annual student fund of over $2 million and is the primary student advisor to the President, CFO, and Provost on the University’s over $1.5 billion annual budget. Chopra has previously worked on a variety of high profile matters including the Bowman v. Barclays lawsuit in federal court and the acquisition of Spanish green-energy giant Elawan Energy by the ORIX Group (NYSE: IX), a multinational financial services conglomerate headquartered in Japan.
